We've got to keep going...

That I'm a writer? Lol, of course, I brag about it all the time. I just feel like mentioning it, because only a writer could write three papers filled with BS and still manage to get "A's" on all of them. Or at least come out feeling really good about them.

*takes in deep breath* Ahhh, feel that fresh air coursing through your lungs, the sun beating down on your skin, your eyes slipping shut as warm air blankets you and the green grass tickles your skin. This is spring, as season for change and renewal. It's the Las Vegas of all seasons, because anything can happen. You can go on an adventure, meet new people, fall in love...

I say all this because last night, the stars aligned. My summer came together with the shuffle of a few papers and the turn of a key. All because I was bored, I checked my mail, and realized that, for the first time, Lake State had gotten something right. My finacial aid went through. I'm being awarded almost $4000 to cover only $3000 in class fees. Any left over money goes towards rent in the townhouse: $360. Left over money goes towards groceries. I'm going to have a bike ('cause I LOVE bikes) to get around, I'm going to have a great roommate, I'll have friends that are going to be up here. And, when six weeks is over, who knows how my future will have changed!

Ahh, spring. God, how I love the possibilites you carry with you! *content sigh*
